Seto Marselian has lived and worked in San Diego since 1976.
He graduated from La Jolla Country Day School and went to UC San Diego. After graduating from UCSD he started working full time in restaurants and clubs.
Mainly in La Jolla, working and managing top restaurant spots like Le Ste Maximes, French Gourmet, Avanti Ristorant e Club, Top of the Cove, Harry's Bar & American Grill and Elario's atop Hotel La Jolla.
In North County at Firenze Trattoria and at Trattoria La Strada in Gaslamp District Downtown San Diego.
His own restaurants in La Jolla at S'agapo Greek Cuisine, Aurora Trattoria and in Hillcrest, Medgrill San Diego.
And now, returning back to La Jolla, Bistro Pazzo (Crazy Bistro).
This small neighborhood Italian bistro is catered to the locals. Moderate prices, great food, good portions and vast wine list with crazy service. Your host Mr. Crazy himself Seto Marselian.
Come enjoy your neighborhood Italian Bistro seven days a week for lunch or dinner. You can be crazy too. No one will mind. Really.

Had a quiet enjoyable dinner on New Year's Eve. Great package. Good foor. Good service. What a way to start the New Year. We will support this Bistro all year.
